The Role

We're looking for a Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our Marketing team and take ownership of planning, leading and executing fully integrated, multi‑channel marketing campaigns. Based at our Support Office in Rhodes, this role operates at the heart of our fast‑paced retail cycle and plays a critical role in driving sales growth, market share and store traffic.

You'll lead 360° brand campaigns across digital, traditional and owned channels — managing everything from creative development through to execution, reporting and optimisation.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and deliver fully integrated 360° brand marketing campaigns that consider the full customer journey across all touchpoints.
  • Own campaign planning and execution across digital, traditional, social, PR and owned channels including in‑store POS, EDMs, digital signage and website.
  • Design and manage campaign messaging across all consumer touchpoints, acting as project manager to ensure accurate, on‑time delivery within budget.
  • Develop comprehensive marketing briefs for internal teams and external agencies, leveraging category and consumer insights.
  • Present campaign concepts and provide clear, constructive feedback against briefs and channel plans.
  • Partner closely with Merchandise, Visual Merchandising, E‑Commerce, Creative, Design and Retail Operations to ensure alignment and quality execution.
  • Brief and manage creative, media and PR agencies, and where required third‑party IP partners (e.g. NRL, AFL, Disney).
  • Review, analyse and report on campaign effectiveness, media performance and ROI to drive continual improvement.
  • Interpret key metrics including sales impact, store traffic, online performance and campaign efficiency.
  • Share key insights via weekly trade reports, monthly communications alignment meetings and campaign AARs.
  • Support the wider brand team with marketing decks, campaign reporting and analysis.
  • Assist with invoice processing and campaign expense management.
  • Provide mentoring and support to the broader Campaign team including Campaign Specialists, EDM & Loyalty and Social & Content Specialists.

What You'll Bring

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns in a retail or fast‑paced commercial environment.
  • Experience developing brand and campaign elements across multiple consumer touchpoints, including digital, social, in‑store and website.
  • Strong understanding of brand communications with a focus on consumer‑ and insight‑led integrated campaigns.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, and the ability to be proactive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Collaborative and accountable working style, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Sound communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Confidence briefing and managing creative, media and PR agencies.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience reporting on campaign effectiveness, ROI and key business metrics.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and learning.
