The Role

Were on the lookout for a hands-on and motivated Team Lead Support to join our Distribution Centre team in Sydney.

This is a great opportunity for someone with DC experience who's ready to step up and support daily operations, inventory accuracy, and team engagement. You'll work alongside Team Leaders to help coordinate workflow, mentor peers, and drive continuous improvement across our DC.

Its a perfect role for someone looking to develop their leadership skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

You might not be in a formal leadership role yet, but you're ready to take the next step. You're proactive, organised, and focused on solutions, and you know how to support others to get the best out of the day.

In This Role, You'll:

• Support Team Leaders to coordinate daily operations in the DC
• Monitor stock flow, investigate variances, and help maintain inventory accuracy
• Assist with cycle counts, stocktakes, and reconciliation tasks
• Share updates, instructions, and feedback to keep the team aligned
• Help mentor team members, encourage positive culture, and support on-the-floor training
• Report safety concerns, raise workflow issues, and help keep operations moving smoothly

• Solid understanding of warehouse or online order fulfilment operations
• Strong communication and time management skills
