Were looking for driven and passionate Assistant Store Manager to support our fantastic store in Maryborough! This role has been designed to complement the existing leadership team, strengthen daily operations, and contribute to our long-term success.

The Role

As a key member of the leadership team, you will:

Lead operational excellence and retail execution across the store

Deliver consistently outstanding customer experiences

Support and collaborate with the Store Manager and fellow ASM

Coach and develop team members for high performance

Drive sales, manage stock, and uphold visual merchandising standards

Foster a positive, inclusive, and results-focused team culture

What You Bring

2+ years experience in a retail leadership role

Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams

Strong commercial acumen and results-driven mindset

A genuine passion for customer service and people development

Great visual merchandising and operational capability

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume store
