The Role

Were looking for a hands-on, strategic, and people-focused Site Operations Supervisor to lead daily operations across our Distribution Centre (DC) in Sydney.

This is a fast-paced leadership role, perfect for someone with solid logistics experience who's ready to drive performance, mentor others, and manage workflow across receiving, replenishment, picking, packing, and dispatch. You'll play a key role in supporting business goals, maintaining safety and compliance, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the site.

In This Role, You'll:

• Lead daily DC operations, ensuring targets and timelines are met
• Coach and develop Team Leaders, while managing rosters and resource allocation
• Drive stock accuracy through daily cycle counts and audits
• Manage workflow across all operational functions including inbound, outbound, and transport coordination
• Oversee site safety, compliance, and equipment checks
• Liaise with contractors, carriers, and cross-functional teams to keep things running smoothly
• Support continuous improvement, cost efficiency, and training initiatives
• Communicate clearly and consistently through toolbox talks, reporting, and KPI updates

You'll Bring:

• Proven experience in a senior DC, warehouse, or logistics role
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
• Experience working across multiple operational functions (receiving, picking, dispatch, etc.)
• A calm, confident, and solution-focused approach
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking ability
• Strong understanding of inventory systems, Microsoft Office, and transport coordination
• Commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
