Buying Roles

We're investing in our product and commercial capability as our business scales. We're creating Buying roles at multiple levels to support growth, strengthen our ranges, and deliver even more value to our customers.

In this role, you'll be placed where you can make the biggest impact—building compelling ranges, driving commercial performance, and shaping what our customers see both in-store and online.

You may see several Buying, Graphic Designer and Planner roles live—that's intentional. As we grow, we're strengthening our buying team to ensure we have the right capability and depth to support our expanding business.

What you'll be doing in Buying:

• Create, build and curate customer-focused ranges that balance trend, value, and commercial performance.
• Drive sales, profit, and stock turn through strong product selection, pricing strategy, and in-season trading decisions.
• Partner closely with Planning, VM, and Store teams to ensure ranges land well and perform in-store.
• Manage supplier relationships effectively—negotiating cost prices, improving lead times, and ensuring quality and compliance standards are met.
• Analyse performance data and customer insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve range performance.
• React quickly to trade—identifying risks and opportunities, and adjusting plans to maximise results.
• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and selection through to delivery and sell-through.

About you:

• Experience in a retail buying role (level flexible depending on role)
• A strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance product, margin, and customer needs
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Confident using data and insights to inform decisions
• Strong relationship builder with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Resilient and adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• A passion for product and delivering great value to customers

This is a fast-moving, hands-on role where priorities can shift quickly. You'll need to be proactive, adaptable, and comfortable making decisions at pace while staying focused on delivering results.
