The Role

Were looking for an experienced and hands-on Team Leader to help lead daily operations in our Distribution Centre (DC).

Reporting to the Site Operations Supervisor, this role is key to ensuring smooth and efficient stock movement, from receiving and replenishment to picking, packing, and dispatch. You'll also be responsible for team supervision, daily workflow management, and ensuring all activity meets business timelines and safety standards.

In This Role, Youll:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of a key area in the DC
• Lead a team of Team Lead Support staff and drive performance across all shifts
• Set and oversee daily workflow plans, ensuring clear delegation and accountability
• Supervise receiving, stock movement, and inventory accuracy
• Monitor and report on KPIs, transport bookings, and stock variances
• Run toolbox meetings and ensure consistent team communication
• Ensure safety checks, SOP compliance, and training logs are up to date
• Support staff training, succession planning, and ongoing development
