CNC Operator/Bending (2nd Shift)

Position: CNC Operator /  Machinist Shift: 2nd                   Hours: 3:30pm midnight. Type: Full-Time         Mode: Direct Placement Pay Range:$21-28    Industry : Manufacturing 

Our client is looking for a responsible  CNC Operator/Bending 2nd  is a  Direct Placement position with our key manufacturing client. To be considered for this role, you will need a minimum of 2-3 years CNC machining experience and High school graduate or equivalent. 

Principle Duties  

Set up and operate bending, laser cutting, and punching machines. Assist in debugging operating or programming   problems with high laser cut quality part Participate in daily shop floor management meeting and be an active member of SYNCHRO Plus activities (SFM, TK, IK). Maintaining equipment and supplies   Maintain quality and safety standards Plans machining by studying work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, specifications, orthographic drawings, reference planes, locations of surfaces, and machining parameters; interpreting geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T) Verifies settings by measuring positions, first-run part, and sample workpieces; adhering to international standards. ·         

Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations. Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs. Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Documents actions by completing production and quality logs.
