We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Administrative and Marketing Assistant to join our team. This remote position will support our North American operations from Belgrade, Serbia during 2nd shift hours. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, assist in marketing initiatives, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate virtual appointments

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation

  • Perform data entry, update CRM systems, and maintain accurate records

  • Support various internal teams with ad hoc administrative tasks

Marketing Support

  • Assist with creating and scheduling content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)

  • Help draft email campaigns and newsletters

  • Conduct market research and gather data to support marketing strategies

  • Update website content as needed

Communication & Coordination

  • Respond to emails and inquiries promptly and professionally

  • Liaise with internal team members across multiple time zones

  • Coordinate virtual events or webinars

Requirements:

  • Located in Belgrade, Serbia (or nearby) and able to work 2nd shift hours to align with North American business time

  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

  • 1+ years of experience in administrative or marketing support (preferred but not required)

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and social media platforms

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
