• 5+ years of experience with AWS and Kubernetes (deep, production-grade expertisenot just familiarity)

• Based in Latin America and bilingual (Spanish/Portuguese + English)

What Youll Be Doing
Youll work as a client-facing DevOps consultant in a boutique cloud consultancy with a 50+ strong remote team. No micromanagement, no time-tracking. Just trust, ownership, and interesting problems to solve.
Youll help our clients:

• Migrate from manual cloud setups to Infrastructure-as-Code using Terraform, Terragrunt, CloudFormation, or Crossplane
• Containerize applications and build robust Docker workflows in CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab, CircleCI, Jenkins)
• Deploy and configure production-grade Kubernetes clusters across AWS and GCPincluding add-ons like Karpenter, ingress controllers, etc.
• Manage day-two operations: Helm charts, GitOps via ArgoCD/Flux, cost optimization (Spot instances, Graviton), support SRE & observability stacks
• Enhance DevSecOps: Integrate tools like CloudTrail, GuardDuty, SecurityHub, Snyk, Wiz, etc.
• Collaborate with AI teams to optimize LLM/GenAI workloads, GPU usage, and manage ML pipelines
