Salary: £48,000 (plus Performance related bonus)

Hours of work: Full Time 37.5 hours

We are working with one of the largest Not for Profit Care Providers in the UK specialising in providing high-quality, person-centred care for older people, in care homes and extra care housing.

They are looking for a professional and dedicated Home Manager, which is pivotal to the successful running of any Care Home, they will be responsible for ensuring the residents receive the highest standards of care whilst maintaining the commercial viability of the home that they manage.

The Home offers compassionate, individualised residential and respite care in a homely, comfortable and safe environment. As this Care Provider grows they are looking for like minded individuals to join them in providing OUTSTANDING care across all of their Homes.

They are looking for a Manager with:

• · Exceptional leadership skills, providing an exceptional quality of care which reflects into the team they lead.
• · Will be provided with full autonomy to manage resources effectively to drive the home forward and increase occupancy.
• · Experienced Home Manager with or working towards Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• · A passionate for elderly care with proven home management experience.
• · Experience to lead both the care and support teams to the highest level to strive for excellence in all areas of the service provision.
