Clinical Deputy Manager

Location: Coventry, West Midlands

Hours of work: Full time - FTC initially 6 months possibly longer

Salary: From£41,000 (depending on experience)

The Role

We are looking for a Clinical Deputy Manager, for a purpose built specialist mental health care facility that provides specialist care and rehabilitation for adults with mental health and other needs, including all types of dementia, acquired brain injury (ABI), physical disabilities and learning needs, step-down, respite, nursing, and end-of-life care. Our home is graded as GOOD by CQC and we are looking for the right person to support the Unit Manager in their journey to OUTSTANDING.

About you:

The ideal candidate will:

• Set and monitor standards of care, participate in quality improvement programs
• Manage unit resources effectively
• Deputise for the Unit Manager and have 24-hour responsibility in their absence
• Participate in audits and data collection
• Provide clinical supervision and maintain high professional conduct
• Valid NMC Pin Registration and adherence to professional regulation
• Act as a Named Nurse, promoting individual packages of care
