Job Title: HR Analyst - EMS Industry
Location: Surat
Role Summary
- Report directly to the Program Manager and Promoter.
- Drive recruitment efforts for technical and non-technical roles, ensuring alignment with business needs and expansion plans.
- Play a critical role in team-building and supporting workforce planning as the company scales operations in the EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) industry.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Strategy
- Collaborate with the Program Manager and Promoter to identify hiring needs and implement effective recruitment strategies.
2. End-to-End Recruitment
- Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding processes to efficiently fill technical and non-technical roles.
3. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work directly with leadership to ensure recruitment efforts align with business objectives.
4. Candidate Experience
- Provide clear communication and foster a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
5. On boarding
- Facilitate smooth integration of new hires through role-specific training and orientation programs.
6. Workforce Planning
- Track hiring metrics and anticipate staffing needs to support business growth.
Experience & Skills
Industry Experience
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition roles, preferably in small or growing organizations.
- Prior experience hiring for manufacturing or electronics industries (e.g., EMS, PCBA) is highly advantageous.
Key Skills and Abilities
- Recruitment Expertise: Proficiency with modern recruitment tools, sourcing platforms, and techniques.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with leadership and external vendors.
- Process-Oriented: Ability to design and refine recruitment processes to scale with organizational growth.
- Data-Driven Approach: Skilled in tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to enhance hiring outcomes.
- Adaptability: Capable of managing multiple open positions and adjusting strategies in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
