Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated US Recruiter to join our growing team at Beyond The CV. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle ranging from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination and final placement. You will serve as a key liaison between candidates and clients, ensuring a seamless recruitment process and the successful placement of top-tier talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in recruitment, particularly in the US market, and possess exceptional interpersonal skills to foster long-lasting client and candidate relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Employ creative and effective sourcing strategies to identify highly qualified candidates across multiple platforms and networks.
- Screening & Evaluation: Conduct in-depth screening to assess candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for client organizations.
- Interview Facilitation: Lead interviews to evaluate candidates skills and suitability, providing guidance through the interview process.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients to deeply understand their hiring needs and deliver customized recruitment solutions.
- Offer Negotiation & Onboarding: Support the negotiation of job offers, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for placed candidates.
- Compliance & Best Practices: Stay current on employment laws and regulations to ensure recruitment practices comply with legal standards.
- Data Management: Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to accurately manage and document candidate profiles, client interactions, and recruitment activities.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources, with a specific focus on the US market.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in candidate sourcing, screening, and selection; excellent interviewing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of employment laws and regulations relevant to US recruitment.
- Technology: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
