The Role
Vendor Manager & Vendor Management Coordinator Collaboration: Vendor Manager and Vendor Coordinator will work in close collaboration to ensure efficient vendor and subcontractors management. Their responsibilities will be complementary, with the Vendor Manager focusing on strategic oversight and decision-making, while the Vendor Coordinator will provide operational and administrative support.


WE WILL TRUST YOU WITH

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in an HR role, preferably with administrative focus.
  • Basic understanding of IT services and products is essential.

  • Experience working with CRM systems is a plus, or ability to learn quickly.
  • Experience in maintaining and
    updating data accurately.

  • Ability to prepare, organize and present reports when needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good work ethic.
  • Fluent in English.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting in maintaining and entering accurate and up-to-date records of vendor and subcontractors information, service catalogs, contact details, selection and performance history.
  • Supporting interviews: conducting initial screenings of candidates, coordinating meetings, attending and assisting in interviews. Post-processing of profiles and administration in internal systems.
  • Supporting the Vendor Manager during absence by managing communications, prioritizing workload and keeping the Manager updated on ongoing matters and key developments.

  • Participating in the improvement and documentation of internal processes.
  • Assisting in the onboarding of new subcontractors in accordance with established procedures and standards.
