About the job Talent Sourcer

We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to source qualified job candidates based on established criteria, in order to help our clients reduce time to hire.

Responsibilities

  • Publish job ads on careers pages, job boards and social media
  • Source and contact passive candidates online (e.g. via LinkedIn)
  • Network with candidates offline during job fairs
  • Screen resumes and job applications
  • Interview candidates and provide shortlists of qualified potential hires
  • Create talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities
  • Keep detailed records of past applicants information, including resumes, assignments and interview evaluations


Requirements

  • Ability to conduct the first hiring stages (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing)
  • Prior experience conducting interviews (phone or in-person) or inbound/outbound call centre experience
  • Ability to evaluate and rank candidates based on job responsibilities and and qualifications
  • Prior experience with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and the use of social media for recruiting is an asset
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Solid organizational and time-management abilities
