Summary of the Role

As an English Educator at Vedantu Early Learning, you will deliver high-quality English instruction in an offline learning environment. Your primary goal will be to ensure strong academic outcomes, engage positively with students and parents, and meet performance targets through effective teaching and doubt resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver English instruction and efficiently resolve student academic doubts.
• Achieve daily teaching and doubt-resolution targets as per defined parameters.
• Communicate English concepts clearly with strong teaching effectiveness.
• Identify student issues and provide appropriate academic solutions.
• Analyze and resolve student feedback and concerns proactively.
• Manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks independently.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team metrics.
• Maintain accuracy, quality, and consistency in academic delivery.
• Adapt to new processes, challenges, and instructional changes.

Required Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Phonics certification (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (school or online).
• Excellent spoken English skills.
• High energy, enthusiasm, and teaching commitment.

Nice-to-Have:

• Prior experience in early learning or primary education.
• Experience with structured doubt-solving or academic support roles.
• Experience with ed-tech companies such as PlanetSpark, WhiteHat Jr, Bambinos, or BrightChamps.
