Summary of the Role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Executive - Virtual Sales to join our team. This role is perfect for both freshers and experienced candidates who are eager to engage with customers and drive sales. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills and a keen understanding of lending concepts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential or existing customers to generate business opportunities.
  • Handle objections and effectively convince customers to close sales positively.
  • Enter and update customer information in the CRM system.
  • Adhere to company policies and defined sales processes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Stay informed about lending concepts and financial products.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
  • Utilize outstanding negotiation skills to overcome customer objections.


Required Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Minimum graduation in any stream (Undergraduate exceptions apply with BH and HR joint approval).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems.
  • Sound knowledge of English and proficiency in regional languages (e.g., Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil).

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience in selling financial products (preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle sales objections.
