Role Summary

Strong Mathematics Teaching Background

Deliver high-quality online mathematics instruction to students in Grades 1–5, ensuring strong learning outcomes, student engagement, and long-term retention through effective teaching and parent interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live online math classes for students in Grades 1–5.
• Explain mathematical concepts clearly using age-appropriate language and examples.
• Address student doubts and enhance the overall student learning experience.
• Drive student retention through consistent engagement with students and parents.
• Collaborate with internal teams and managers to improve learning delivery.
• Maintain documentation, reporting, and academic records as required.

Skills and Qualifications

Must-Have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Technology, IT, Commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (online or primary school).
• Strong foundation in elementary mathematics as a subject.
• Good spoken English; Hindi communication preferred.
• Strong conceptual clarity in primary-level mathematics.
• Clear explanation and structured teaching approach.
• Logical thinking and problem-solving ability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Parent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office and Google Drive.

Nice-to-Have:

• Prior experience teaching early learners (Grades 1–5).
• Online teaching or ed-tech experience preferred.
• Experience with ed-tech companies such as Bhanzu, CueMath, WhiteHat Jr, Bambinos, and BrightChamps.
