Summary of the Role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with 7 - 10 years of experience in HCM solutions and US Payroll to join our dynamic team.

You will be instrumental in guiding our clients through their digital transformation journeys, while leveraging your expertise in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL).

This is a full-time onsite role, offering the opportunity to work with diverse teams and contribute to impactful projects across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of HCM solutions focused on US Payroll and Oracle Time and Labor.
• Work closely with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and execute project plans.
• Utilize your expertise in OTL and Fast Formula to optimize payroll processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide functional training and post-implementation support to ensure effective solution usage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration across digital platforms.
• Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in HCM technology to improve service delivery.

Required Skills & Responsibilities

• Strong understanding of CORE HR module and at least one of the following: Payroll or Absence
• Experience in conducting client workshops, solution design, and configuration
• Knowledge and experience with data migration to Oracle Cloud (preferred)
• Experience with migration of setup changes from non-Production to Production environments
• Must have worked on end-to-end implementation projects
• Comfortable managing a customer-facing role
• Willingness to travel as per business needs
• Flexibility to work across time zones for client meetings
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Time and Labor and Fast Formula
• Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering projects on time and within budget
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach
• Ability to multi-task and switch between tasks efficiently

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with other HCM modules or enterprise application integrations
• Project management certifications or relevant vendor certifications
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
