About the job [QXY] Accounts Executive
Job Description & Requirements
- Provide finance operations support (e.g. invoicing)
- Assist in processing accounts payable, account receivable, and bank reconciliation transactions
- Check accuracy of generated invoices and submit to customers
- Record all receipts and payment invoices into Accounting system
- Assist in preparing and issuing payment of expenses including staff expenses claims, vendor invoices, subcontractors for certified works, credit notes, cash receipts and petty cash vouchers
- Carry out other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Minimum education qualifications: Professional Qualification/Diploma/Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 2 - 3 years' work experience, preferably in the construction industry
- Meticulous and detail-oriented, good with numbers
- Strong organisation skills, able to multi-task
- Strong written communication skills in English
- Strong excel skills
- Ability to work independently, and under pressure to meet deadlines
