Job Description & Requirements

  • Provide finance operations support (e.g. invoicing)
  • Assist in processing accounts payable, account receivable, and bank reconciliation transactions
  • Check accuracy of generated invoices and submit to customers
  • Record all receipts and payment invoices into Accounting system
  • Assist in preparing and issuing payment of expenses including staff expenses claims, vendor invoices, subcontractors for certified works, credit notes, cash receipts and petty cash vouchers
  • Carry out other ad-hoc duties assigned
  • Minimum education qualifications: Professional Qualification/Diploma/Degree in Accounting
  • Minimum 2 - 3 years' work experience, preferably in the construction industry
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented, good with numbers
  • Strong organisation skills, able to multi-task
  • Strong written communication skills in English
  • Strong excel skills
  • Ability to work independently, and under pressure to meet deadlines
