Governess (Rus & Engl) , Live‑in Rota HNWI Family - Montreux, Switzerland

We are seeking for an experienced Russian‑speaking Governess/Senior Nanny for an HNWI family in Montreux with four children aged 11–13.

Profile:
Female 40–55
Experience with HNWI families with pedagogical /educational background
Well‑spoken, neat, calm, highly organized
Russian native is a must; EN/FR an advantage
EU passport / Swiss permit / frontalier
Role:
Daily supervision of the kids
Morning preparation: hygiene, clothing, school bags, organisation for the day
Walking the children to school and managing afternoon return
Homework support in Russian, incl. Russian language & literature
Creating and maintaining daily/weekly schedules, organising doctors and activities
Coordination with the Senior Governess on education and behaviour
Monitoring nutrition and reporting to the dietologist
Travel with the family, incl. UAE and across EU (to be discussed)
Maintaining order in children's rooms, wardrobes, books, and study materials
Conditions:
Live‑in, Independent apartment will be provided (close to the residency)
Official Swiss contract, pension contribution and holidays
Salary: CHF 3,500 to CHF 4,500 Brut
Large estate: 1,200 m² + large territory with swimming pool and garden
