Office Manager & Operations Coordinator — Private Investment Office, Lucerne (Lakefront)

We are recruiting an Office Manager & Operations Coordinator for a privately held Investment Office on the lakefront in Lucerne. This role covers office operations, administration, budgeting and coordination across the team
You bring 5+ years of experience in office management or administrative operations (finance, legal, fiduciary, corporate). You are confident with budgets, invoicing and suppliers, and you work in a structured, service‑driven and reliable manner. Strong organisational skills, calm execution and fluency in German and English are required; Russian is an advantage
Responsibilities: Office operations, materials and supplier coordination,  budget tracking, invoicing and expense management,  meeting preparation and guest reception Onboarding/offboarding logistics, CRM updates and document management,  agenda coordination and travel planning
Package: Full‑time, on‑site in Lucerne (modern lakefront office) 
Annual salary: CHF 65'000–85'000, depending on experience
