About the job Client Operations Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Client Operations Analyst to support and optimize client-facing operational processes in a fully remote environment. The successful candidate will analyze workflows, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
This position is strictly limited to candidates who currently reside in the United States and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze client operations data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement
Support the execution and optimization of client onboarding, service delivery, and account management workflows
Develop and maintain operational dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
Collaborate with client services, finance, technology, and compliance teams to resolve operational issues
Monitor service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
Assist in developing standard operating procedures and process documentation
Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational audits
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in operations analysis, business analysis, or client operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data visualization tools, and reporting systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting client-facing or service-oriented organizations
Familiarity with CRM systems, ERP platforms, and workflow automation tools
Knowledge of SQL, BI tools, or process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
Compensation
Annual Salary Range: $75,000 – $105,000 USD, commensurate with experience, skills, and geographic location
