The Job – Recruitment Associate (For Pooling)

As part of our growing team, you will play a key role in sourcing and onboarding talent to support BillEases expansion. This is a fixed-term role (4 months) based in Kalaw, Manila.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for various roles.
• Administer exams, conduct initial interviews, and endorse candidates to hiring managers.
• Handle negotiation and job offer processes.
• Prepare training agreements and employment contracts.
• Act as a company advocate by building relationships with external recruitment sources (employment agencies, job fair sponsors, schools, colleges, and other channels).
• Participate in out-of-office job fairs and recruitment events.
• Maintain the applicant tracking system and ensure the timely submission of recruitment reports.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in both English and Filipino.
• Preferably with at least 6 months of experience in volume, executive, or technical hiring, ideally in the BPO or Fintech industry.
• Skilled in recruitment and sourcing strategies.
• Willing to work onsite in Kalaw, Manila.
