Key Responsibilities
Technology Strategy & Leadership
Develop and execute a forward-looking technology roadmap aligned with business goals, customer experience expectations, and digital transformation initiatives.
Project Governance - oversight and guidance to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and meeting objectives.
Establish project governance framework, define project management practices, and conduct project reviews
Lead the modernization of legacy systems, implementation of scalable digital platforms, and adoption of emerging technologies such as AI/ML, cloud computing, APIs, and cybersecurity tools.
Excellent stakeholder management especially working with SEC / The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
- You will lead the the technology roadmap interacting closely with regulators and governance.
- Report directly into both our president of the bank and group CTO.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
Ensure compliance with local regulatory standards, including those set by the SEC / The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
Lead efforts around IT security, risk management, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as the primary liaison for technology with both SEC / The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
- Represent the technology and operations agenda at the Board and Executive Committee levels.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a strong advantage.
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in IT, with at least 5 years at the executive level in the banking sector.
Strong leadership and influencing skills.
Tech-savvy and transformation-oriented.
Agile mindset with a continuous improvement approach.
Strong governance and risk management capabilities.
