Job Summary
We are looking for a Field Recruitment Team Leader who will be responsible for leading a team of field recruiters in achieving hiring targets, particularly for sales and operations roles. You will oversee day-to-day recruitment activities, drive performance, and ensure alignment with the company’s hiring standards and timelines.
Responsibilities
Supervise, mentor, and manage a team of field recruiters deployed in various locations.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to fill volume hiring needs, particularly for store-based or frontline roles.
Monitor recruiter performance, pipeline activity, and interview-to-hire ratios; provide coaching as needed.
Ensure timely and quality candidate endorsements to hiring managers.
Conduct regular field visits and hiring events to support the recruitment effort.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Training, HR, Operations) to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.
Maintain accurate reports and dashboards related to recruitment metrics and KPIs.
Uphold compliance with recruitment policies, data protection, and ethical hiring standards.
Resolve field-level recruitment concerns and escalate issues as needed.
Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to building a scalable recruitment model.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Experience
- At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, with 1+ year in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong background in high-volume or mass hiring, preferably in fintech, retail, or BPO.
Skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and people leadership skills.
Highly organized, data-driven, and results-oriented.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage.
High level of integrity and professionalism
Working Conditions
- Comfortable with field work, recruitment drives, and handling geographically dispersed teams.
Willing to travel to various locations as needed.
