Role Description

You will be responsible for design, implementation of our in-house voice infrastructure and continuous operation and performance reviews of the solution connected to our custom dialer. Providing technical expertise in the day-to-day engineering of the IP Telephony and IP Contact Center environments

You will work directly with telephone service providers and other IT groups to troubleshoot outages both off-site and on-site and will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing of all telephone equipment at all our office locations.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of network routing, VOIP Protocols, SIP Responses, Handshake communication etc.
  • Proven experience in VoIP, Telephony System, PBX administration/design/implementation/support
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience and certification in the finance or technology industry is an advantage
  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field
