Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented key account Administrative Support specialist to assist in the day-to-day operations of our key accounts, specifically those under the 2M monthly volume bracket. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth onboarding, account maintenance, and issue resolution, allowing our Account Managers to focus on higher-level strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Key Account Onboarding Support
- Assist in setting up new KEY accounts and ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely activation of accounts
Account Maintenance
- Update and maintain Key Account records in internal systems
- Monitor and track key merchant information and changes (e.g., contact details, business updates)
Basic Troubleshooting
- Provide first-line support for basic Key account inquiries or operational concerns
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams with sufficient context
Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare and maintain internal reports to track key account engagement and activity
- Assist in compiling operational data for analysis or presentations
Administrative Assistance
- Schedule and coordinate meetings or follow-ups with key accounts as needed
- Manage documentation and file organization related to key accounts
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Operations, or related fields
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage administrative tasks independently
- Prior experience in customer service, sales support, or admin roles is a plus
