 Job Summary

As a Recruitment Specialist focused on Operations hiring, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding high-quality candidates for frontline and support roles such as Customer Service Representatives, Telecollectors, and Credit Analyst Trainees. Youll play a vital part in maintaining the performance and quality of our core teams by ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified, culturally aligned talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for operations roles (CSR, Telecollector, Credit Analyst Trainee), from requisition to job offer.
  • Partner with team leads and managers to align hiring strategies with operational needs and headcount targets.
  • Source candidates proactively via job portals, job fairs, referrals, and social media, especially for high-volume hiring.
  • Conduct resume screening and initial interviews, and schedule further evaluations or assessments as required.
  • Track and maintain applicant progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Continuously optimize sourcing strategies based on hiring trends, role performance, and market feedback.
  • Support employer branding initiatives focused on attracting frontline talent.
  • Help maintain recruitment metrics.
    
    Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in recruitment, preferably in high-volume or frontline hiring (e.g., BPO, financial services, or startup environments).
  • Experience hiring for operations or customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools, recruitment platforms, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for people and for building strong, mission-aligned teams.
