Job Summary

We are looking for a Credit Investigator to help verify borrowers in Sta. Maria, Ilocos Sur. This role combines fieldwork (checking borrowers in the community, visiting homes, businesses, and collateral sites) with office-based work (reviewing financial documents, preparing reports, and coordinating with banks and teams). The Credit Investigator ensures borrowers are reliable, financial assessments are accurate, and company lending risks are minimized.

Key Responsibilities

Field-Based Tasks:

• Visit borrower residences, workplaces, and communities to verify information.

• Background verification through local contacts

• Inspect and assess collateral or ROPA properties.
  

Office-Based Tasks:

• Review borrower financials, bank statements, and credit history.

• Analyze cash flow and repayment capacity.

• Prepare detailed reports of findings and recommendations.

• Coordinate with Credit, Risk, and Operations teams.
  

General Tasks:

• Ensure all borrower assessments follow company policies and risk standards.

• Recommend improvements to credit verification processes.
  

Requirements

• Experience in credit investigation, field verification, or related work (ROPA experience preferred)

• Analytical and detail-oriented with good communication skills

• Willing to travel across Ilocos Sur (own motorbike preferred, not required)

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
