Position Summary

The Central Operations Head will oversee the banks end-to-end operations, with a strong focus on loan operations, transaction reconciliation, settlement processes, and limited branch operations. This strategic role is ideal for a hands-on leader passionate about process optimization, regulatory compliance, and delivering superior customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Management
    • Lead and manage the banks overall operational activities, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.

    • Provide operational oversight to a select number of branches, fostering integration between digital and physical banking services.

  • Loan Operations
    • Oversee the complete lifecycle of digital loan products, including origination, disbursement, servicing, collections, and ongoing monitoring.

  • Reconciliation & Settlement
    • Manage daily reconciliation of transactions across the mobile app, payment partners, and core banking systems.

    • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of all settlement processes.

  • Process Optimization & Compliance
    • Drive automation initiatives and operational excellence to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

    • Maintain strict compliance with BSP regulations, AMLA requirements, and internal policies.

  • Customer Experience
    • Champion initiatives to enhance the customer journey, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience across all banking channels.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Bachelors Degree required (Business, Finance, or related field preferred).

  • Experience & Skills:
    • Proven leadership experience in banking operations, preferably in a digital banking environment.

    • Strong understanding of loan operations, transaction reconciliation, and settlement processes.

    • Demonstrated experience in process optimization and regulatory compliance (BSP, AMLA).

    • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
