Key responsibilities:

• Build financial models and cash flow forecasts to drive profitability across merchants, products, and channels

• Calculate profitability targets and promo budgets to answer specific business questions quickly

• Define pricing structures, interest rates, and loan features based on profitability and market demand

• Analyze competitor data to make strategic assumptions and recommend counter-tactics against market rivals

• Partner with Data Analyst to turn raw data pulls into actionable economic models

Key qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or any related field. 1 year + experience or

• fresh graduates are encouraged. experience in financial modeling, pricing strategy, or portfolio analytics, preferably in fintech or banking

• Proficiency in building P&L, cash flow, and ROI forecasts from scratch

• Deep understanding of unit economics, credit risk, and portfolio growth

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
