About the Role:
We're hiring Virtual Data Entry & Admin Support Specialists for a long-term contract with a SaaS company providing business and healthcare automation tools. This role blends precision-driven data entry with light admin support across various departments think of yourself as the digital glue that keeps internal ops running smoothly.
Its a step above your standard data entry gig: you'll not only input data but ensure its categorized, clean, verified, and synced across platforms. Key Responsibilities:
Input and manage large volumes of customer, billing, and project data using internal dashboards and spreadsheets
Perform regular data audits to catch duplicates, inconsistencies, or outdated info
Cross-check multiple sources to ensure data accuracy before submission
Create and update documentation, templates, and simple reports for team leads
Maintain cloud-based file systems and track key document updates
Respond to internal requests for data updates or info clarification
Occasionally support onboarding tasks, internal process checklists, or light CRM maintenance
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in data entry, admin, or ops coordination (remote preferred)
Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets (you don't need to write macros, but formulas shouldn't scare you)
Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
Familiarity with digital tools like Slack, Zoom, Notion, and Trello
Can work independently, stay focused, and meet recurring weekly deadlines
Clear written communication especially when summarizing data updates or status checks
Quiet work environment and your own laptop/desktop with stable internet
Bonus Points For:
Experience with database software or CRMs like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Airtable
Knowledge of HIPAA, PIPEDA, or handling sensitive personal data
Bilingual (especially French-English) for Canadian applicants not required, but valued
Prior remote team collaboration experience across time zones
