We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) (Multiple Statewide Opportunities) The RN will provide high-quality care to patients in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on patient needs and medical conditions.
- Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor for any adverse reactions.
- Monitoring: Observe and monitor patients health status, including vital signs, and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
- Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and health maintenance.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Compliance: Adhere to hospital or facility policies, procedures, and protocols, including infection control and safety regulations.
- Emergency Response: Provide emergency care as needed, including basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) if required.
Qualifications:
- Education: Associates or Bachelors degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Licensure: Current and valid RN license in KS.
- Experience: 0-1+ years of clinical experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills; excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and other certifications may be required depending on the specific setting.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move patients, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks that require manual dexterity.
