Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all logistics operations, including inbound/outbound shipping, warehouse organization, and inventory management.
• Ensure 100% on-time delivery and inventory accuracy across all locations.
• Negotiate cost-effective freight rates and manage vendor relationships.
• Lead and develop a team, including supervisors and truck drivers.
• Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with company and industry standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline warehouse operations.

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of leadership experience in warehouse logistics within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to optimize supply chain processes and manage large-scale logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP systems (Visual, SAP, or similar).
• Forklift certification and familiarity with freight vendor management.
• A Bachelors degree (BS/BA) preferred; military experience is a plus.
