We're looking for a detail-oriented Production Operator to support daily manufacturing operations at our Commerce, GA facility. What You'll Do

• Set up, operate, and monitor extrusion, lamination, and rewinding equipment to produce finished goods.
• Perform quality checks and make adjustments to maintain product standards.
• Load raw materials, record production data, and keep the work area clean and safe.
• Collaborate with supervisors and maintenance teams to keep production running smoothly.

What You Bring

• Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment (4+ years preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and work safely in a fast-paced setting.
• A high school diploma or GED; technical or trade training is a plus.
• Bonus points for prior experience with extrusion processes or plastics/adhesive materials.
