Our team brings over 150 years of experience in education to the table to provide schools a suite of services designed to improve student academic achievement. We specialize in providing high-quality ACT boot camps, mock testing, college advising, professional development, and educational workshops for high school students. Job Description:

As a Program Manager at College Admissions Made Possible 2.0, you will play a crucial role in guiding middle and high school students on the path to college. We are seeking a self-starter with a proven track record of supporting students in their academic journey. In this hybrid role, you will coordinate directly with tutors, schools, and program leaders to ensure high-quality academic support services that are responsive to student needs.The ideal candidate will be fluent in effective tutoring and instructional strategies, comfortable using data to guide decision-making, and highly proficient with tools such as Google Forms and Google Sheets, ensuring impactful contributions to our mission to support students pursuing higher education opportunities. Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:


Direct Student Support (60%)

  • Site Coordination: Serve as the primary program manager for tutoring initiatives at multiple partner sites, including GEAR UP and individual partner schools.
  • Instructional Oversight: Coordinate tutoring services (both in-person and virtual), monitor program implementation, and ensure student needs are being met through targeted academic support.
  • Data-Informed Practice: Use academic performance data and teacher feedback to guide tutoring priorities and assess program impact.

Stakeholder Engagement (20%)

  • School Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with school staff to ensure tutoring services align with student needs and site goals.
  • Student Engagement: Support student success through incentive management, student exit ticket monitoring, and staff coaching
  • Tutor Collaboration: Assist with onboarding, provide strategy coaching, and offer ongoing support to ensure tutors deliver high-quality sessions.

Program Planning and Operations (20%)

  • Program Logistics: Manage scheduling, coordinate access to virtual platforms, and troubleshoot logistical barriers to service delivery. Must be familiar with Zoom. 
  • Documentation & Reporting: Use Google Forms and Google Sheets to track attendance, document student progress, and generate monthly reports for grant-related use. 
  • Timesheet Monitoring: Review and approve timesheets submitted by contracted tutors, ensuring accuracy and alignment with service expectations

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or higher preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of effective tutoring and instructional strategies Strong familiarity with Google Forms and Google Sheets
  • Excellent organizational skills with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

Additional relevant experience (preferred, not required):

  • State teaching certification
  • At least one year of middle school or high school teaching experience Experience working with federal education programs
  • Familiarity with college admissions process
