Talent Navigator Cycle 8 (MCAC)

Talent Navigator is a free career development program designed to help you build skills, confidence, and clarity for your next professional step. Over six interactive workshops, you'll explore your strengths, learn practical tools for job searching, and create a personalized plan for your career growth.

This cycle's sessions will take place from 6:008:00 PM at the Magic City Acceptance Center office:

• September 2 Strengths & Goal-Setting

• September 9 Resume Building

• September 16 LinkedIn Optimization

• September 23 Interview Strategy

• September 30 Financial Literacy

• October 7 Networking

In addition to attending these six workshops, participants will also receive up to 6 hours of one-on-one career coaching, which can be used any time within one calendar year after completing Talent Navigator. This program is open to anyone age 19+ in Birmingham who is looking to advance their career whether that means stepping into a new role, growing in your current field, or exploring new possibilities.
