We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist to support the academic, emotional, and social development of high school students. The ideal candidate will be experienced in assessment, counseling, and consultation, with a strong commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and interpret results for eligibility determinations and intervention planning.
- Develop and support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 Plans.
- Provide individual and group counseling services for students facing emotional or behavioral challenges.
- Serve as a crisis intervention specialist and contribute to school-wide safety and mental health initiatives.
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to promote student well-being and academic achievement.
- Participate in Response to Intervention (RTI) and Student Support Team (SST) meetings.
- Deliver staff training on mental health awareness, trauma-informed practices, and classroom strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications:
- Master's, Specialist (Ed.S.) in School Psychology
- Valid School Psychologist certification
- Experience working in a high school or secondary school setting (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of special education law (IDEA, Section 504), MTSS, and NASP ethical standards
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with psychological assessment tools and reporting software
