Job Summary:
We are seeking a data-driven and collaborative CRM Marketing Manager/Specialist to lead our customer engagement strategy through email marketing, push notifications, and lifecycle automation. This role will work cross-functionally with the Tech team to ensure seamless integration, data accuracy, and campaign execution across platforms. Fluency in both Chinese and English is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute multi-channel CRM strategies across email, push, in-app messaging, and SMS.
- Design and manage lifecycle flows (onboarding, reactivation, churn prevention) in close coordination with the Tech team.
- Develop, test, and optimize the onboarding flow to ensure a smooth and effective user activation journey.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and data engineers to:
- Implement and maintain customer data pipelines and event tracking.
- Ensure marketing tools are correctly integrated (e.g., Braze, MoEngage, Segment, Firebase, Appsflyer, GA4, Sendinblue, and in-house sending system).
- Automate event-based and behavior-triggered campaigns.
- Work closely with the Content team to ensure high-quality messaging that complies with best practices and avoids spam filters.
- Create and manage dynamic segmentation and personalized messaging using customer and event data.
- A/B test messaging, delivery times, and creative formats to optimize performance.
- Ensure full compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other data regulations.
- Monitor CRM campaign KPIs and generate performance reports with actionable insights.
Requirement:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years experience in CRM, email marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
- Proven ability to work with Tech teams on campaign automation, customer data, and platform integrations.
- Proficient in tools such as Braze, MoEngage, Iterable, Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Segment, Firebase, Appsflyer, GA4, Sendinblue, in-house systems, or HubSpot.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email, and basic knowledge of APIs and webhooks is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with strong skills in data interpretation and decision-making.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English (spoken and written).
