Human Resources Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our human resources department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. As the Human Resources Lead, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining a positive and productive work environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations, tailored to Malaysias labor landscape.
• Implement HR policies aligned with company goals and Malaysian labor laws.
• Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and career development.
• Manage HR records, ensure compliance, and prepare HR metrics reports.
• Support leadership in talent acquisition and strategic workforce planning.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of HR experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role in Fintech and Blockchain.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and employment regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and tools is a plus.
