With major partnerships including Booking.com for Business and growing enterprise adoption across the Fortune 500, we're scaling fast across both enterprise and SMB accounts.  We're launching a revolutionary new "zero to one" product shortly.

The Role
We're seeking a Venue Product and Growth Lead who will build our curated marketplace, leveraging our core events booking engine that's currently processing over 1,500 events per month. You'll use AI and data to identify the best venues across US markets and growth hack our marketplace. Youll spearhead the product experience for venues and other events providers, ensuring that it works and then iterate/improve the product until it delivers 10x more value than other solution today.

What You'll Do

  • Define and Enforce Standards: Establish and enforce our curation criteria (each package includes space, food, drink, and a vibe) that makes our offering feel exclusive and premium - not just another directory. We arent focused on just high end, but we are broadening the aperture to all places that can support elevated group experiences.
  • AI-Powered Curation and Growth Hacking: Build our marketplace by identifying and listing the "top 20 venues per category per market" using AI tools, data scraping, and smart automation. Build the defining directory on the planet.
  • Convert Existing Relationships: Take our current lists of venues receiving bookings through Bizly and Kapow and convert them into deeper partnerships. 
  • Convert to Partnerships: Once we're driving booking volume to venues (whether through stub listings or onboarded venues), convert them into deeper partnerships with better rates, exclusive packages, and automated management.
  • Manage OS Rollout: Oversee venue onboarding into our new OS platform - ensuring packages, pricing, content, and photography meet quality standards. Ensure the product and workflows are fine tuned and deliver high quality results
  • Quality Control: Ensure every listing has compelling imagery, transparent pricing, and the right turnkey packages to drive success.
  • Move Fast: Growth hack the marketplace and have adequate onboarded suppliers ready for our various launches in 2026.

You're Great For This If You Have

  • Hospitality or Events Passion: You understand what makes venues impressive for B2B gatherings and can spot quality instantly.
  • Data/Ops Skills: Comfortable using AI tools, scraping data, building systems to scale curation without doing everything manually.
  • BD/Sales Ability: Can build relationships with venue operators and convert them from "why should we care?" to eager partners once you're driving them revenue.
  • Product Thinking: Strong instincts for what customers want to see, how to present packages, and what makes a marketplace feel curated vs. cluttered.
  • Scrappy Execution: Thrive in 0-to-1 environments where you're building processes and moving faster than feels comfortable.
  • 3-5 years experience in operations, partnerships, marketplace building, or hospitality - ideally at high-growth startups.
