About the Role:

The Go High-Level (GHL) Technical Expert will play a crucial role in driving sales and business growth by leveraging their deep expertise in the Go HighLevel CRM and marketing automation platform. This position requires a hands-on professional who can configure, develop, and implement GoHighLevel solutions to optimize lead management, enhance client communication, and execute high-impact marketing campaigns. The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects with business objectives, improve customer engagement, and drive operational efficiency. With a strong background in FinTech, financial services, or EduTech, the consultant will bring strategic thinking, technical proficiency, and project management skills to deliver impactful solutions. This role requires adaptability, innovation, and a results-driven approach to maximize the platforms capabilities and support the company's growth initiatives.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement GoHighLevel strategies tailored to the FinTech services industry.
  • Configure, manage and optimize GoHighLevel is a CRM tool for lead capture, tracking, and nurturing.
  • Implement and configure Go High Level solutions to meet business needs.
  • Oversee project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of projects.
  • Ensure customer data security and privacy during the sign-up process for and account management by effectively controlling access to the CRM and single-window login-associated applications.
  • Manage customer account setups, including defining user roles and establishing appropriate access permissions tailored to their needs.
  • Implement and maintain access controls and permissions based on customer roles, ensuring that users can only access purchased products or services within the CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute effective strategies using Go High Level software.
  • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any issues.
  • Analyze performance metrics and data to advise on best practices and improvements.
  • Provide training and support to team members and clients on GoHighLevel software functionalities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements related to GoHighLevel software and financial services.
  • Be willing to utilize your full skills and expertise as required to grow the company to its fullest potential.
  • Perform other duties as they may arise from time to time and as they may be assigned to the consultant.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience with the Go High Level platform and its features.
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Hands-on experience managing projects and project teams.
  • Sales experience would be a bonus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in the Fintech, Edutech, financial services industry is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English, another language like Spanish or Portuguese is a huge plus.
