About the Role:

We're looking for a Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives within the FinTech, EduTech, and e-commerce spaces. In this role, you'll identify, develop, and manage high-value partnerships with financial institutions, corporate clients, and ecosystem partners. You'll play a pivotal role in expanding our reach, shaping our market strategy, and co-creating a platform that empowers entrepreneurs worldwide.

You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and delivery of partner-led growth strategies. This role is ideal for a hands-on, entrepreneurial professional ready to drive results and earn equity in a fast-scaling startup.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the financial services and Bizmoni ecosystem-related sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with potential partners and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align business development goals with overall company strategy.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that benefit the organization and align with strategic objectives.
  • Manage and track the progress of business development initiatives and report on performance metrics.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company and its services.

What Youll Bring:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or partnerships, preferably in financial services.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful business development strategies.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Familiarity with FinTech / Edu Tech/ E-com products, services, and market dynamics.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
