We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Electrician / Electromechanical Technician to support the installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical, mechanical, PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems in a fast-paced production environment.

Compensation

  • Hourly Pay: $42.45 – $45.31/hour (based on experience)
  • Shift Differential: $3.25/hour
  • Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (upon successful hire)

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled systems, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic circuits
  • Install, maintain, and repair industrial electrical systems, motors, transformers, panels, breakers, and conduit
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, sketches, and technical diagrams
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and production equipment
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electromechanical failures
  • Dismantle equipment and replace defective components (e.g., brushes, armatures, wiring)
  • Test installed systems for performance, safety, and compliance
  • Perform basic mechanical repairs as needed
  • Use CMMS software to log work orders and locate parts
  • Support the layout, installation, and commissioning of new equipment
  • May guide and support junior maintenance staff when required

Required Qualifications

  • Associate Degree (2-year) in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field
  • 5+ years of industrial maintenance / electromechanical experience
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot PLC, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Experience reading and working from schematics and blueprints
  • Basic mechanical repair skills
  • Computer proficiency (CMMS work order systems & parts lookup)
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, stooping)
  • Must pass drug screening, background check, and pre-employment physical
