Pay: $42.45–$45.31/hour (based on experience & qualifications)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Electrician / Electromechanical Technician to join a stable, high-performing manufacturing operation. This role supports production reliability through hands-on troubleshooting, repair, and installation of electrical, mechanical, PLC, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. You will work in a structured environment with strong team support and clear operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, PLC, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Install, maintain, and upgrade industrial electrical controls, motors, transformers, panels, breakers, and conduit
  • Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical diagrams
  • Perform electrical and mechanical diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance
  • Dismantle machinery and replace defective electrical/mechanical components (e.g., brushes, armatures)
  • Test, adjust, and validate the performance of installed equipment to ensure safe operation
  • Conduct layouts, installations, and wiring for new and existing equipment
  • Perform basic mechanical repairs as needed
  • Use a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for work orders and parts lookup
  • Support lower classification employees and assist the Group Leader as directed

Required Qualifications

  • Associate Degree (2-year technical/electrical/mechanical field)
  • 5+ years of relevant industrial maintenance / electromechanical experience
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot industrial electrical and control systems (PLC experience required)
  • Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
  • Experience with industrial power distribution and water systems
  • Basic mechanical repair capability
  • Computer literacy, including CMMS usage
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, stooping)
  • Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check
