Electrical Maintenance Technician – PLC – 3rd Shift

Schedule: 3rd Shift | Monday–Thursday | 8:00 PM–6:00 AM
Pay: $36.80–$41.03/hour + $3.25/hour shift differential
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Overview

We are hiring an experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician to support a stable, high-volume manufacturing operation. This role focuses on PLC troubleshooting, electrical systems, and industrial equipment maintenance in a fast-paced environment with strong team support.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair PLC, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Install, test, and maintain industrial controls, wiring, motors, panels, and conduit
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and diagrams
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic mechanical repairs
• Diagnose equipment issues and document work in a CMMS system
• Support minor circuit design and equipment upgrades

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree (AAS) + 2–4 years of electro-mechanical experience
• Hands-on experience with PLC troubleshooting and industrial automation
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and controls
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints
• Basic computer skills for CMMS and parts lookup

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent standing, bending, and manual work
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and physical exam
