Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM (2nd Shift)
Pay: $36.79 – $41.03/hour (based on experience)
Shift Differential: +$3.25/hour
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 upon successful hire
Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Technician to join a stable, fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will support production uptime by troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex electromechanical systems, including PLC-controlled equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and industrial electrical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical, PLC, and electronic control systems on manufacturing equipment
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Install, test, and maintain electrical controls, panels, breakers, motors, and wiring systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, sketches, and technical diagrams
- Perform electrical and mechanical repairs, including replacement of defective components (e.g., brushes, armatures)
- Support installation and monitoring of electrical systems for safety, performance, and compliance
- Conduct layouts, assembly, installation, testing, and adjustment of industrial equipment
- Perform basic mechanical maintenance and support cross-functional repairs
- Use CMMS systems to locate parts, document work orders, and track maintenance activities
- Collaborate with team members and may provide guidance to junior technicians
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in a technical field (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Maintenance, or related)
- 2–4 years of electromechanical or industrial maintenance experience
- Strong ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Hands-on experience with PLCs, industrial electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Proficiency using CMMS or maintenance tracking systems
- Ability to perform basic mechanical repairs
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, stoop, and perform manual tasks
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check required
