Position Overview

We are seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Architect to design enterprise-scale solutions spanning Power Platform and Dynamics 365, providing technical leadership for complex business transformation initiatives while establishing governance frameworks and architectural standards across our digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Design end-to-end enterprise solutions using Power Platform, Dynamics 365, and Azure services

• Create technical architecture blueprints, integration patterns, and solution roadmaps

• Define data architecture strategies including Common Data Service/Dataverse design

• Establish security models, governance frameworks, and compliance architectures

• Lead proof-of-concept development and technical feasibility assessments

Platform Strategy & Governance

• Develop Power Platform adoption strategies and organizational governance policies

• Design environment strategies, deployment pipelines, and application lifecycle management

• Establish development standards, coding guidelines, and quality assurance frameworks

• Create capacity planning models and performance optimization strategies

• Define integration architectures connecting Power Platform with enterprise systems

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical guidance to development teams and business stakeholders

• Conduct architecture reviews and design validation sessions

• Mentor developers and functional consultants on best practices and advanced techniques

• Lead complex system integrations and migration projects

• Collaborate with enterprise architects on broader digital transformation initiatives

Stakeholder Engagement

• Present technical solutions and recommendations to executive leadership

• Collaborate with business leaders to align technology solutions with strategic objectives

• Conduct architectural workshops and design thinking sessions

• Provide technical expertise during vendor evaluations and technology selection processes

• Support sales and pre-sales activities with solution design and technical proposals

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 7+ years experience in enterprise solution architecture with Microsoft technologies

• Expert knowledge of Power Platform (Apps, Automate, BI, Virtual Agents) and Dynamics 365

• Strong experience with Azure services, integration patterns, and cloud architecture

• Proficiency in data architecture, API design, and enterprise integration patterns

• Knowledge of security frameworks, identity management, and compliance requirements

• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and solution deployment strategies

Architecture Skills

• Proven track record of designing large-scale enterprise solutions

• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman)

• Strong understanding of business process modeling and digital transformation

• Knowledge of microservices architecture and modern application patterns

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

• Microsoft certifications (Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Dynamics 365 Solution Architect)

• Experience with other enterprise platforms (SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow)

• Background in digital transformation and change management

• Project management experience and agile methodology expertise
