Job Description:

The candidate will provide on-going support for MEMCM/Intune services and will implement service enhancements to the UNICC partners. Dynamic and versatile resource, with at least 5 years of experience on MEMCM/Intune and good communication skills.
The consultant will work under the supervision of the Unified Endpoints Lead.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Full application life cycle management, including software inventory, software rationalization,
- Develop, test, and implement software packages and updates compatibility. APPV5, MSIX, APPX, MSI build, test, and deploy. SCCM and end user self-service portal administration.
- Application Packaging, System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), PowerShell, Application Compatibility, Active Directory Management.
- Maintain software documentation and ensure version control
- Assist in the provision of the packaging and integration service.
- Provide ongoing support for packaged applications and communicate with customers as well as third-party vendors.
- Create and validate windows installer MSI, MST and App-V packages.
- Understand Windows OS nature and how it is organized in terms for end users.
- Collaborate with IT team to integrate and deploy software solutions
- Analyze and resolve technical issues related to packaging
- Configure production application deployments.
- Take part in service delivery processes including Incident management, Request management and Problem management.
- Ensure that packages are aligned to strictly defined application packaging standards.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in packaging and integration processes
- Deploy and maintain the packaged application and deployment(s) for ICC and its partner organizations
- Provide support and in-depth troubleshooting of any issues related to SCCM (packaging and deployments)
- Send regular report on deployments of packages and applications
- Perform 3rd party update configuration and management
- Work on assigned incidents, problems, changes, and projects involving SCCM
- Interact with customer organizations engineers while delivering the above services
- Follow standards and processes in place
- Help in the improvement of processes and in documentation whenever required.
- Provide stand-by services during weekends, holidays and outside of normal working hours as required
- Work with other ICC teams while performing the above
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 5 years of experience in management of Microsoft Endpoint Manager Configuration Manager (SCCM) infrastructure, and at least 3 years on MCM Current Branch Experience with Desktop migration from Windows 10, Windows 11
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience managing GPOs in desktop environments
- Experience with AD, DNS, DHCP, KMS, PKI, SQL
- Experience with Windows Server 2016, 2019 and 2022
- Experience in large-scale and complex environments, particularly global implementations
- Strong scripting skills in Powershell
- Strong knowledge of networking
- Windows Installer MSI packaging
- App-V sequencing
- SCCM application deployments End user 3rd line support
- SCCM Device driver packages creation
- Proven experience as a Packaging and Integration Engineer or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of SCCM and Intune
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Experience with BitLocker desirable
- Experience with 802.1x authentication desirable
- Knowledge of endpoint protection desirable
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune desirable
